We are also pleased to accept instruction under the guidelines of the Legal Services Commission (LSC). We accept legally aided cases for service from any UK client. However, because fixed fee invoicing is no longer accepted by the LSC for process serving work, legally aided work is served by us on a time and mileage basis at an LSC-approved rate. This helps to avoid your bills being queried by the LSC when you use one of our process servers.
